Guys on Ice

You’ve seen them. Little wooden shanties sitting on lake ice. Puffs of smoke rising from chimney pipes. On a quiet day, maybe the static of a tinny radio filters through plywood walls, across the frozen tundra, back to shore. Guys on Ice spends a day in the life of Marvin and Lloyd — fishing buddies and home-grown philosophers. With musical numbers like, “The Wishing Hole,” “Ode to a Snowmobile Suit,” “Fish is the Miracle Food” and “The One That Got Away,” this musical is sure to entertain.

**As a means of keeping everyone comfortable, this year's Straw Hat performances will be performed in Hansen Theatre at a reduced capacity. Seating is general admission, so you each can choose your seats (and your distance from others) when you arrive. Doors to the theatre will open at 7:00pm each evening. 

**Masks are strongly encouraged, but not required.
