The number one goal of the MSUM track camps is to help athletes improve in their individual events. We achieve this by working with you in the following areas:
*One-on-one technical instruction and advice from college level coaches and athletes.
*Education, Demonstration and Participation in various drills to aid in skill development.
*Video technical analysis.
*Instruction on proper training methods.
*Instruction on proper technique for your specific event.
*Support, encouragement, and motivation from camp coaches and staff.
*Opportunities to speak one-on-one with coaches and counselors to ask questions.
